The staff was super nice, when we got there they couldn't find the reservation. But the lady helping us just made the reservation for us with a better room. She was so nice and made us feel we were in good hands. Her name i believe was Tommy .
There are alot of bums around this area of town. We walked out as the same girl was telling a guy harrassing a guest and told him to get off the property. And she walked him off the premises. I felt better then

The staff here were incredibly nice and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the room was cozy, and the bed was so comfortable. Bonus points for having a microwave and fridge 👍.

Everything was awesome, unbeatable location really close to stores and food, all Colorado, and Colorado Springs, really great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with air conditioning, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The manager was pleasant, and the shower worked well. The room was super cute with tropical resort vibes, cozy and comfy bed. Good location. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Great for families.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.
